Directing and Creative development:
acting. Improv. writing.
I am currently director in residence at a London art college.
Last year I directed Lara Wade’s The Watsons and After the Dance by Terence Rattigan at the Law Theatre and comedy narrative improv Your New Favourite Show at The Museum of Comedy.
Before moving into directing/writing and coaching I trained at the Oxford School of Drama and worked in theatre, film and audio. I perform improv comedy as part of the Descendants and The Playground at The Museum of Comedy, The Vaults, Hoopla and the FA. I also studied screenwriting for my MA at University of British Columbia.
DIrecting
Trained at the Oxford School of Drama and having worked in theatre, film and audio for over ten years, I have a passion for working collaboratively with actors, theatre and film makers. I combine my experience of text, narrative structure and comedy improv, alongside illustration and music to work with empathy and humour.
If you are looking for someone to come on board your project or work with a company get in touch.
Acting, Improv and Vocal coaching
For students and creatives developing monologues, auditions, or scene work. For Drama school auditions, Improv workshops and more.
Drawing on my experience recording audiobooks and stage work, I focus on breath support, resonance, articulation, and vocal ease—for public speaking, performance, or everyday communication.
For groups and writers seeking spontaneity, narrative skills, and connection. We focus on character work, emotional honesty, and grounded scenes—with real relationships and lots of fun.
Story and script development
With a background in comedy improv and writing, I bring sharp dialogue and spontaneity to my work — whether crafting contemporary dramas, adapting literary material, or creating stories for young audiences. My masters in Children’s Literature from UBC informs my approach to writing for children and for the screen.
As co-founder of OneBoat Productions, I’m developing a slate of original projects.
I'm also available for hire as a scriptwriter, story consultant, or reader for theatre, film, and TV.
